A free CMMS that's actually free
No 14-day countdown, no "free trial" that needs a credit card on file. Facilities Logbook's Free plan runs for as long as you want it to — up to 2 people, 1 module, every building you've got.
What the Free plan actually includes
- 1 owner account — full control, no admin tier needed at this size
- 2 tech accounts — you and one other person, or two techs under an owner who doesn't log work themselves
- 1 active module — HVAC PM, Work Orders, General Deficiencies, Parts & Tools, Building Automation or Inventory. Swap which one's on anytime.
- Unlimited buildings — every plan, not just paid ones
- Offline-first logging — fill out a PM with no signal, it syncs when you're back in range
- Installs like an app — straight from the browser, no app store
When you'd outgrow it
A third technician, a second module running at once, or custom equipment categories — that's when Starter ($49/mo flat, not per seat) makes sense. Until then, the Free plan isn't a crippled demo — it's the real app.
Free for up to 2 accounts — no sales call, no card.
